Return & Refund Policy
At Klayo Studios, every jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. We kindly request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, we require:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or issue
- Your order number
⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Important Guidelines
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
